Jerónimo Martins informs on CFO nomination

Jerónimo Martins, SGPS, S.A. (Jerónimo Martins) informs that from the 1st of January, 2012, Mr. Alan Johnson, will become CFO of the Group, with responsibility for monitoring the Investor Relations area and integrating the Executive Management Team of the Group.
