Pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Regulation number 5/2008 of the Stock Exchange Commission, Jerónimo Martins, SGPS, S.A. informs that, at its Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held today, was approved the proposal to distribute free reserves amounting to 235,662,832.50 Euro, corresponding to a gross dividend of 0.375 Euro per share, to be distributed to the Shareholders proportionally to their holdings, excluding own shares.
