Store Operations

The store operations area is at the core of our business. Here, we are the real ambassadors of our brands, the ones that interact daily with our customers with the goal of positively impacting their lives. It is also where the work of all the other teams is put into practice.

At the stores, no two days are the same.

Regardless of the position, our mission remains the same: to make sure our customers have the best shopping experience possible each and every day.

Besides focusing on sales, losses and efficiency, this area is mostly about people. As such, team management and customer satisfaction are two key aspects of the job.

In this area, you could also work in supporting the stores and developing assortment, pricing and service level projects.
