WHAT YOU NEED TO BECOME A DIVER

We are looking for candidates that:

  • Have recently finished a master’s degree or are just finishing their master’s degree thesis;
  • Are passionate about the retail business and enthusiastic about embracing new challenges;
  • Enjoy a dynamic working environment and feel willing to be part of an unpredictable, fast-paced business;
  • Like to take decisions and solve problems;
  • Are innovative and think outside the box;
  • Are fluent in English and Portuguese.

THE APPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The application and recruitment process has four stages:

Online Application

Submit your application online and let us know who you are.

Online Assessment

Your skills, as well as your level of English, will be evaluated.

Group Challenge and interview

You will have to solve a business challenge with other candidates and show your strengths. At the end you’ll be invited to an interview so we can get to know you better.

Selection Panel

You will go before our Chairman and Executive Directors for a final assessment.
