WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF YEAR ONE?

It’s decision time for both of us.

After completing Year One of our Trainee Programme, we will face together an important decision: is this the place for you? If we’re a match, you’ll move to Year Two and continue your impact journey.

 

YEAR TWO

Gain powerful insights about the business, so you can generate more impact and become a future leader. That’s what Year Two is all about. Year Two can only be accessed once completing Year One and making a good fit for the Group. Then, you will automatically become a candidate for Year Two and go, before our CEO and some Managing Directors, for a final selection panel.

DIVE IN

Three immersive operational experiences will help you understand how our core business works.

GROW

You’ll have a tutor to lead you on day-to-day and give you in-depth knowledge for each assignment.

ACCELERATE

You’ll also have a mentor with a senior position to advise you on how to boost and accelerate your career.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • 1. ONLINE APPLICATION

Let us know who you are and what motivates you.
We are looking for young talents with a master’s degree already or being completed, preferably in the areas of Management, Hotel Management, Economics or Engineering and fluent in Portuguese and English.

  • 2. ONLINE ASSESSMENT

We will evaluate your skills and your level of English.

  • 3. GROUP CHALLENGE AND INTERVIEW

You will work with other candidates to solve a business challenge and demonstrate your strengths. At the end, you’ll be invited to an interview so we can get to know you better.

  • 4. SELECTION PANEL

After Year One, and if you continue for Year Two, you will go before our Chairman and CEO as well as some Managing Directors for a final assessment.
