Recruiment Process

Learn about the different phases of the recruitment process for the Summer Internship Programme (available in Poland and Portugal).

    Online Application

    All candidates are expected to submit their applications online, and go through some tests that evaluate their fit with the Programme.

  • 02

    Interview with HR

    The chosen candidates are invited to interviews in which they have a chance to talk about their professional and educational experiences and expectations regarding their professional development.

  • 03

    Interview with Functional Area

    The best candidates are invited to an interview with the manager that is recruiting the intern for their team to understand their motivations and fit with the function.

The selected candidates are offered a place in our Summer Internship Programme, which starts in the beginning of July.
