Employee Engagement & Job Satisfaction
Without dialogue, nothing relevant can be achieved. We believe in a two-way communication approach, where our employees are heard and their opinions appreciated.
We believe our employees are our most precious asset. Their feedback is, therefore, one of the most powerful tools we can use to further improve job satisfaction and employee engagement.
Global Engagement Project
To give voice to the more than 100,000 employees who every day build the success of the business and make a difference for our customers, we carry out an Engagement Survey every 2 years to know what they have to say.
- Engagement Survey
This periodic survey’s objective is to understand the way in which our employees relate to the company, their immediate manager, how they feel in their role, what they value the most and their level of motivation and satisfaction. The Engagement Survey is carried out in a completely anonymous and confidential manner to respect our employees’ privacy.
- Sharing the Results
After careful analysis of all the Engagement Surveys, the results are shared with the different teams and departments in all the businesses of the Group. This in line with our policy of transparency.
- Implementing Action Plans
Over the following 2 years, various action plans are put in place with the common goal of improving the indicators that most affect our employees’ commitment, job satisfaction and overall engagement.
