(the Company) informs that, following today's General Shareholders' Meeting at which the shareholders re-appointed Mr. Pedro Soares dos Santos as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Board of Directors confirmed that Mr. Pedro Soares dos Santos will remain CEO of the Company for the term of office 2016-2018.
