(JM), informs that by effect of a share purchase agreement entered into on this date, it will buy back, as from 31 December 2016, the control of 100% of the share capital in Jerónimo Martins Restauração e Serviços, S.A. (the company that operates the Jeronymo Coffee Shops), and of 51% of the share capital in Hussel Ibéria - Chocolates e Confeitaria, S.A..
