Jerónimo Martins SGPS, S.A. (“Jerónimo Martins”) informs that it received from Goldman Sachs International (“Goldman Sachs”) the information, accordingly to which Goldman Sachs announces the launch of an accelerated bookbuilt offering to institutional investors of the existing shares in Jerónimo Martins, held by Asteck, S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Heerema Group.
